Court gets first report against Apple, fine can reach 4 mln rbl

MOSCOW, Jun 20 (PRIME) -- A magistrate of Moscow’s Tagansky District court will consider a report against Apple for non-deletion of fakes for the first time with the fine may amounting up to 4 million rubles, a court representative told PRIME on Tuesday.

“The court received a report drawn by the communications service…against Apple,” the representative said.

A hearing date is yet to be scheduled.
